I’ve helped clients living in Scandinavia, navigate through Seasonal Affective Disorder. I guide them to sleep better, manage overall health and fitness. I now offer my experience as a 35 day yoga program that helps reverse the effects of winter depression.

The sessions are customized based on the student’s age, fitness levels medical history and health priorities.The program aims to help women kickstart their health transformation, improve mental health & self confidence.

On managing PCOS & reversing it's symptoms
I started the practice in January 2022. I have PCOS and after trying all kinds of workout I decided to switch to yoga. The yoga classes were specifically designed for me to cure my ailments. I started following a combination of yoga and prescription medicines (which I did not fully dependent on). I saw magical results just after a month of practising yoga.Chhavi altered the practice based on how my body is responding. She doesn’t make me do any asan which my body can’t take, which is why I still continue to practice. She closely takes my inputs into consideration and alter the practice as and when needed. A huge change came in me was my attitude towards the practice of surya namaskar. I have tried yoga before and surya namaskar was something I ran away from which I don’t anymore.
